Coronavirus & Traveling To The Bahamas by Fast Ferry

The ferry operator is following all of the recommendations of the top health authorities, such as: World Health Organization and Ministry of Health, to name a few, to continue to ensure safe travel services for our passengers and cargo customers. 

All bookings are non-refundable, as stated in the terms & conditions of travel. Therefore, we highly recommend that all ticket holders secure travel insurance if you are concerned about traveling over the next few months. You may obtain a quote and book travel insurance by clicking this link.

If you would like to cancel your upcoming travel date and did not purchase travel insurance, you may request a store credit for the full amount of your ticket/package price. We have also waived. all penalties and rebooking fees. This will allow you to rebook any future travel date, without penalty, and the store credit never expires. In order to receive a full store credit you must cancel your current travel date at least 48 hours in advance. You may request a store credit online.
