I've traveled to Grand Bahama for years and usually fly over from Miami. Sure, the flight is less than hour but I need to be at the airport 2 hours early, deal with passports and luggage and then do it all again on the way home. With the fast ferry I show up with a birth certificate or passport, board and take it easy and enjoy my 3 hour luxury boat ride. There's no other way to go in my mind!
The Wyndham is a good all-inclusive resort. They have renovated the place in the last year and it looks good. Rooms are average, food is good but not spectacular and the beach is awesome! It's well worth the price and Bahamas Plus seems to have the best pricing so far.
All around sold trip.

I really cannot believe I was asked to write a review after sending a 3 page letter of complaints to the gobahamas corporate office that they didn't even bother to acknowledge.
I will not go in to details; if you want to be treated like a 4th class citizen, then go to the Wyndham. I have travelled over 2000 nights in my life for business and pleasure and have never been treated worse by a hotel staff. I would not go back there even if I was given free lifetime vacations.
The shuttle is great. Just stay at Memories.
