Each adult passenger is allowed one carry-on item (free of charge). Maximum dimensions for a carry-on item is 22 inches x 18 inches x 10 inches (length x width x height), with a maximum weight of 26.5 lbs. / 12 kgs. Additional luggage or luggage exceeding these dimensions and weight will be checked at the cost of $25.00 USD per bag, each way. Oversized items, such as golf clubs, scuba gear, bicycles, etc. can incur a surcharge of $50 each way, depending on weight and size.

*U.S. Customs recently changed the passport requirements for U.S. citizens. All U.S. citizens, as well as passengers from other countries must have a valid passport to travel. U.S. citizens may also use a valid passport card. Birth Certificates will no longer be accepted.

**Rates may be higher during peak season periods, based on availability, class of seating and other factors. Port taxes, Bahamas departure fees and service fees will be added to your final rate before check-out.

All cancellations made 6 days or less prior to departure: 100% Penalty / 0% Account Credit / No Direct Refund Available
All cancellations made 30-7 days prior to departure: 50% Penalty / 50% Account Credit / No Direct Refund Available
All cancellations made 31 days or more prior to departure: 25% Penalty / 75% Account Credit / No Direct Refund Available
Any account credit balance may be used towards a future booking within 12 months of the date of your initial booking or transfered to another traveler when traveling in groups of 10 or more.
All confirmed flights are non-refundable & subject to all rules of the carrier. The carrier may or may not issue a partial credit for booking a future flight. Contact the carrier for more information.
Changes made to confirmed cruise reservations at any time will be assessed a $50.00 fee per person/change.
Travel insurance is highly recommended and available upon request. In most cases, travel insurance covers 100% of your package price should you need to cancel a confirmed reservations for a covered reason and as long as you meet the qualifications and terms of the insurance policy.

    We took a trip on this ferry in July 2017. It's like no ferry I've ever seen. It's really big, has lots of room and is a moderately fast ship. We live in Florida so it's super convenient for us to take a trip to the Bahamas on any given weekend. This is our preferred mode of travel when traveling there. We are looking forward to visiting Bimini too with the new ferry service.

    I would not recommend...The boat was clean and the resort my family went to was very nice, but my family did not enjoy loud, noisy passengers who made the trip rather unpleasant. I would not go on this ferry again.
