Fast Ferry Service Schedule

Introducing the new Bimini Fast Ferry with service from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Bimini, Bahamas. The Bimini Fast Ferry has a capacity of 600 passengers and features both economy and premium seating.  The current schedule offers sailings on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays most of the year (see the full calendar schedule below). The Bimini Fast Ferry offers one-way service, day trips (over and back same day) or split dates (depart one day and return another).

• Fast Ferry departs Port Everglades at 9:00 am (check-in begins at 6:00 am & closes at 7:50 am)
• Fast Ferry arrives in Bimini at 11:00 am (same day)
• Fast Ferry departs Bimini at 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm (refer to your travel documents for exact departure time)
• Fast Ferry arrives Port Everglades at 8:00 pm, 9:00 pm or 10:00 pm (refer to your travel documents for exact arrival time)

Only personal belongings are considered to be luggage.
*Each passenger may take one carry on piece of luggage free of charge. The carry on item must be no larger than 22 x 18 x 10 and weigh no more than 25 lbs. Items exceeding these dimensions or if you have additional luggage an additional charge of $25.00 per piece will apply. Any additional luggage fees must be paid at the port at the time of departure. 

Passengers with cargo items (large items that that do not fit in a suitcase, such as dive equipment, bicycles, etc.) must drop these items off at the warehouse the day before your sailing. Please be mindful of the days the warehouse will load your items onboard before you book your sailing. 

ALL items, baggage, etc must be labeled with the passenger’s full name and address. Unclaimed baggage with be held for 10 days at owner’s risk and expense and will be discarded after that period of time.

**Rates may be higher during peak season periods, based on availability, class of seating and other factors. Port taxes, Bahamas departure fees and service fees will be added to your final rate before check-out.
