On my way back into the States, Customs held us up for a couple hours. There was a law enforcement officer there as well, and he explained every time one of the boats gets back to the States these custom agents take their sweet time in processing everyone. Two of the agents just stood there with their hands on their belts doing nothing. It's obvious that the ferry does nothing to change this. With that said the boat ride is pretty quick but once you add on 2 hours waiting for Customs to let you go, I might as well have flown or taking a longer cruise and just slept.
Response from Travel Service Provider: We are sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, we have no control over U.S. Customs & Immigration. Delays of this nature are not the norm. There was a government issued alert and all incoming vessels were treated accordingly.

The boarding process was on time and organized. The cruise is nice and clean but sailed one hour late. When we arrived to Bahamas, the custom process was quick, but the bus for the beach was a mess. Contradictory instructions all the way to the beach. Everybody was confused. The bus made three stops before we arrive to the beach we choose. The beach was nice with small stores to eat, have drinks or buy some souvernirs. However, is not a great beach. Definitely I do not recommend this trip, too much time at the sea and just a few hours at a normal beach in Bahamas.
