All cancellations made 30-7 days prior to departure: 50% Penalty / 50% Account Credit / No Direct Refund Available
All cancellations made 31 days or more prior to departure: 25% Penalty / 75% Account Credit / No Direct Refund Available
Any account credit balance may be used towards a future booking within 12 months of the date of your initial booking or transfered to another traveler when traveling in groups of 10 or more.
All confirmed flights are non-refundable & subject to all rules of the carrier. The carrier may or may not issue a partial credit for booking a future flight. Contact the carrier for more information.
Changes made to confirmed cruise reservations at any time will be assessed a $50.00 fee per person/change.
Travel insurance is highly reccommended and available upon request. In most cases, travel insurance covers 100% of your package price should you need to cancel a confirmed reservations for a covered reason and as long as you meet the qualifications and terms of the insurance policy.

Pelican Bay Can’t Be Beat

Just returned from our 2nd trip at the Pelican Bay. We love this hotel! The rooms are really nice and the hotel is just a notch above everything else we’ve seen. A full breakfast is included, plus Wi-Fi.
The overnight cruise service is much better than it was a few years ago. It’s a new ship and it makes all the difference.
